USEFUL TIPS
For best results, eat Arrabbiata sauce with La Dispensa di Amerigo pasta, made with durum wheat semolina. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. While the pasta is cooking, pour the contents of the jar of sauce into a frying pan and warm it over a low heat. Add the pasta, stir and serve. If you love spicy food then you can add additional chilli pepper to taste. Penne, Wine pairing: Pinot Noir, Montepulciano D’Abruzzo. Medium bodied red wine. ARRABBIATA SAUCE – INGREDIENTS:
