It is produced entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested by hand once it reaches full maturity. After fermentation, the wine ages for 36 months in Allier oak barrels and for at least 6 months in glass before being released on the market.
In the glass it is colored with a bright ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is intense and classic, with fragrant hints of sour cherry and black cherry. In the mouth it reveals intense and tannic, with a nice flavor.
